We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and smart Web Analyst to join our team. You will use your prior experience in eCommerce website analytics, using tools like Omniture SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, and Web Metrics, to enable a true online customer experience competency and maximize online performance. You will work closely with our growing Digital Strategy and Interactive teams to identify data needed to validate program traffic and campaigns. Your constant site analysis solutions will prioritize and address the gaps between existing and proposed tracking and reporting.
The primary role of the Web Analyst is to define and execute the tracking, reporting, and analysis of website data to understand the behavior of customers and site visitors. This understanding is critical to optimizing site design and content, campaign effectiveness, and maximizing sales. This role will consult and partner with the Digital Strategy team and business stakeholders to define and develop reporting and analysis based on key perrformance indicators and metrics.
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
Be the primary point of contact for web analytics, data analysis and reporting.
Define and manage reporting and analysis to create data-driven insights about visitor behavior from website data.
Manage utilization of Web Analytics tools and serve as point of contact to marketing, technology and business staff.
Manage and produce on-going standard reports for business customers, assist in reporting automation, design and run queries for custom analysis and data requests, and maintain dashboards and general reporting activities.

As Account Supervisor for Lunchbox, LP you will plan, coordinate and manage day-to-day agency account efforts on behalf of the client; build and enhance client relations to ensure total quality of all client materials and final product; supervise account team; develop and coach Senior Account Executives / Account Executives / Account Coordinators.
