Over the last few years, the online Hispanic audience has been the fastest growing segment and is a largely untapped demographic of over 45 million. This audience is primarily bilingual, tends to fall in the young adult age bracket, is a rising consumer group and actively seeks culturally relevant programming. So how do you reach them, engage their interest and drive conversion in-store? In partnership with Walmart, Lunchbox created Acceso Total, a bilingual cross-channel marketing program created to increase awareness of Unilever Personal Care products in conjunction with New Release Latin music at Walmart. The original content platform targets the Hispanic consumer via a comprehensive online outreach program and in-store presence, connecting Walmart stores and Walmart.com in a multi-channel model.
