LBOX Robots / Crawling Policy
LBOX.com, LLC
Effective Date: April 15, 2026
Contact: legal@lbox.com
Purpose
This policy describes LBOX's position regarding automated access to LBOX-controlled properties and LBOX's general approach to automated collection activities.
Automated Access to LBOX
Except through functionality expressly authorized by LBOX in writing, you may not use bots, scrapers, spiders, crawlers, harvesters, agents, scripts, or other automated means to access, query, monitor, copy, extract, index, cache, or collect data from LBOX websites, applications, APIs, messaging systems, search results, listings, profile pages, or related services.
LBOX may use technical controls, rate limits, robots directives, traffic filtering, account restrictions, and legal enforcement to prevent unauthorized automated access.
No Competing Database or Model Training
You may not use automated or manual means to build, refresh, validate, benchmark, or train any competing database, search engine, enrichment service, outreach product, AI system, or machine learning model using LBOX content, outputs, structure, or results unless LBOX expressly authorizes that use in writing.
LBOX's Own Data Sourcing Position
LBOX's professional and business dataset is primarily sourced from third-party providers, publicly available information, and user-submitted information such as account owners, company owners, claimants, or other authorized contributors.
LBOX does not state in this policy that it engages in unrestricted scraping of personal data across the web for its core people or company dataset.
Changes and Contact
LBOX may revise this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, vendor relationships, technical controls, or legal obligations.
